Description:

As a Call Center Agent at Concentrix, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, product information, technical troubleshooting, and account updates.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate customer service every time.
  • Adhere to company processes, compliance standards, and quality metrics.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • No BPO experience required – we welcome fresh graduates and career shifters
  • Good communication skills (English or Tagalog)
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
