Job Description Summary
The Product Manager provides marketing support to the Diagnostic business teams. S/he is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and tactics, guiding country teams to achieve business objectives such as market share, revenue, and profit growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing aspects for the Life Science platform, developing and communicating marketing and business plans for assigned products.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and business goals for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and country marketing teams to execute regional strategies.
  • Implement best practices in brand and product marketing, leveraging BD’s marketing and selling methodologies.
  • Oversee regional marketing activities, including market research, pricing, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, events, and budget management.
  • Support new product launches and establish relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
