About The Role
As the Listing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our products appear and perform across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. Beyond creating and optimizing high-quality listings, you’ll strategically optimize PPC campaigns to boost visibility, drive traffic, and maximize ROI. Your expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and data-driven optimization will directly impact sales growth and brand positioning. Responsibilities
- Listing Creation: Create accurate, high-quality product listings and images to enhance visibility on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms (eBay, Walmart).
- Listing Optimization: Optimize Amazon listings by refining product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct an in-depth analysis of competitor listings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and identify profitable keywords to optimize Amazon listings for better visibility and ranking.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on Amazon listings’ performance.
- PPC Management: Create, manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support listing performance—aligning ad strategies with organic content to boost visibility, drive traffic, and improve ROI.
- Internal Stakeholder Communication: Communicate listing optimization efforts & results regularly, providing clear & actionable updates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Operational Efficiency and Tool Setup: Contribute to establishing streamlined processes & implement tools to enhance listing management and improve team productivity.
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends and Amazon algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central
- At least 1 year of PPC management experience
- Expertise in tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
- Strong ability to analyze metrics and optimize listings
- Proficiency in writing clear and compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for Amazon listings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with other eCommerce platforms like eBay, Walmart, Shopify
- Experience in handling chemicals/hazardous products
- Experience with non-English marketplaces
