IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Networld Hotel Management Corp. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and operations that support our hotel business. Your expertise and strategic leadership will be crucial in ensuring our technology enables efficient and seamless hotel management. Job Description Manage the IT team and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT systems and software Develop and execute IT strategies to align with the company's business objectives Identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, including data backup and disaster recovery plans Liaise with vendors and service providers to procure and manage IT resources Analyze technology trends and make recommendations to senior management Manage IT budgets and monitor expenditures Qualification Extensive experience in an IT management role, preferably in the hospitality industry In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems, network infrastructure, and information security best practices Strong technical skills and the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex IT solutions Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop IT staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field If you are ready to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
