Sales representatives are responsible for selling a company's service and products by identifying leads, and educating prospects on products through direct selling onsite based on their site assignment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform sales and marketing activities to exceed sales while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Maximize the sale of Woofy Subscription plans to SMDC residents /tenants.
• Develop and maintain strong value-added relationships with SMDC residents.
• Implement selling tactics that focus on delivering the desired financial results to distribution.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives.
• Initiate and provide product knowledge sessions to educate subscribers.
• Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, and channels).
• Analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data to the immediate head.
• Prepare and generate daily marketing activities reports for submission.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in coordination with Technical Team and Operations/ Head Office
• Continual education on new and existing products and services
• Conduct hands-on Training for new recruits Marketing Rep. on site.
Requirements and Qualifications
• A degree in marketing or a relevant field
• With previous sales experience is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of the marketing and sales industry
• Conversant and has a pleasing personality able to deal well with different kinds of personalities.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, confident, and disciplined.
• Hardworking, honest, and reliable person, internet savvy is a must.
