Mesa Manila Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team specializing in telecom equipment projects. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of telecom equipment installation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and equipment for telecom projects. Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to define project scope and requirements. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure milestones are met. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and correspondence. Ensure adherence to telecom industry standards and project specifications. Assist in procurement and logistics of telecom equipment to meet project schedules. Facilitate regular communication and status updates with all project stakeholders. Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and suggest process improvements. Coordinate technical training sessions for team members on new equipment. Assist in testing, installation, and commissioning of telecom equipment. Qualifications: Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Proven experience in project coordination within telecom or related industries is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with telecom equipment, technologies, and industry standards. Proficient in using project management tools and software.
