As part of our expansion into strategic manufacturing implementations, we’re seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our agile team of SAP experts. Location: San Juan, Philippines (Hybrid/Remote options available) Role Overview As an SAP PP Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP PP modules to support our clients' production planning and execution processes. This includes aligning business requirements with SAP best practices and ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and QM. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP PP blueprinting, configuration, and implementation projects Analyze client production processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP PP Collaborate across modules (MM, SD, WM, QM) to ensure seamless end-to-end flows Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing with business stakeholders Provide post-go-live support and end-user training Document functional specifications and process flows aligned with best practices Support data migration activities and interface design Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field 4+ years hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and project delivery Strong knowledge of discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing setups Experience in integrating SAP PP with MES systems is a plus Familiarity with Agile project delivery frameworks Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills S/4HANA experience (especially in Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling) Cross-functional understanding of SAP modules (QM, WM, SD) Certifications in SAP PP or S/4HANA modules are a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Why Join Us?
