Your role You will provide support to Emerson's global customer care team by interpreting and processing order documentation requirements based on customer requirements. Identify applicable documents as per the customer’s requirements and specifications. Attend document review meetings with the Project Administrator, Project Manager, and Document Controller. Manage the documentation approval cycle and final documentation delivery to the customer (gather, prepare, and submit). Respond to inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations. Manage and record customer transactions in business systems such as CRM, DocPro, and SharePoint. Training & development You will manage the electronic exchange of order documentation with customers and collaborate with people from different areas of the organization, such as Project Engineers and Project Managers to fulfill documentation requirements. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supports operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation. Compensation & benefits According to research, the salary estimate is PHP 26,000 to PHP 36,000. About you Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related Engineering courses. Basic knowledge of Office 365 Applications and Adobe Acrobat. Open to those without work experience. You focus on the highest priorities and set aside less critical tasks. You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. With excellent analytical and quantitative skills, you can efficiently carry out tasks independently. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. With good communication skills, you can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers.
