This role supports Binance’s compliance operations through rigorous Know-Your-Business (KYB) reviews, particularly periodic and enhanced due diligence of corporate clients. The position is ideal for someone with strong AML/CFT experience , proficiency in analyzing complex corporate structures , and familiarity with crypto regulation and onboarding protocols .

• Handle and verify corporate client onboarding and periodic review applications .
• Perform risk assessments , including PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screenings using tools like WorldCheck and Jumio .
• Act as a 2-eye and 4-eye checker to ensure accurate KYB review.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients including financial institutions, brokers, and offshore entities .
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, KAMs (Key Account Managers) , and internal teams to resolve review issues.
• Analyze and translate corporate documents , perform open-source due diligence , and escalate red flags to MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer).
• Recommend process enhancements and report system issues or procedural gaps.

• 3+ years in corporate onboarding or compliance , ideally in the financial or crypto sector .
• Experience with complex KYB cases , fund structures , and offshore entities .
• Proficiency in reviewing AML policies , identifying control gaps , and working with various entity types (e.g., trusts, partnerships, funds).
• Knowledge of crypto regulations , VASP business models , and compliance tools.
• Preferably certified with ACAMS, CAMS, CCAS, or ICA .
• Strong skills in documentation , translation (to English) , and manual data entry .
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills .
