What You'll Do:

Review onboarding documentation for global institutional clients

Ensure adherence to compliance standards across multiple regions (APAC, MENA, EU, LATAM)

Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to improve client experience and backend workflows

Draft business requirement documents (BRDs) and support KYB policy enhancements

Leverage tools like World-Check and Jumio to perform risk-based screening

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of experience in Banking (Institutional/Private/Investment preferred)

Solid understanding of offshore structures (e.g., Cayman, BVI)

Familiarity with MAS, HKMA regulations, and KYB frameworks

Strong communication skills to demystify compliance for internal and external stakeholders

Bonus: Data analytics skills and experience with process improvement
