Education and Qualifications At least a High School Graduate (Vocational or College-level preferred) Background in Sales, Marketing, or HVAC systems is an advantage Work Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or direct sales (preferably appliances or air conditioning units) Experience in handling customer inquiries and closing sales Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic technical knowledge of air conditioning systems (e.g. types of units, BTU, energy efficiency) Persuasive selling and negotiation skills Ability to explain product features, warranty, and installation processes Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage Physical and Availability Requirements Willing to be assigned in malls, showrooms, or fieldwork Must be physically fit to stand for long hours and move/display units if needed Willing to work on weekends and holidays (with shifting schedules) Personality Traits Customer-oriented and approachable Honest and trustworthy Goal-driven and results-oriented Others Can start immediately is a plus Preferably with knowledge in proper documentation (e.g. delivery receipts, sales invoices, service forms) Benefit Highlights Office hours with OT pay, full government benefits, incentives and many more #J-18808-Ljbffr
