Overview Join to apply for the Oracle Fusion Financial Manager | Makati role at HR TechX Corp. We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Financial modules to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in financial modules with a proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least five end-to-end implementation projects, and strong people management skills. Responsibilities Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes Ensure documentation such as fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained Manage budgets and timelines for financial systems projects Recruit, train, and manage team members Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud Expertise in at least 3 Financial Modules Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations Strong leadership and people management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Employment type Full-time Seniority level Not Applicable Job function Finance and Sales Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
