Overview Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant | Makati — Join to apply for the Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant | Makati role at HR TechX Corp. As a Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your role will include analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and facilitating the end-to-end implementation process. Responsibilities Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs. Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement. Conduct user training and create documentation for SCM processes and configurations. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed. Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, quality, and schedule. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules. At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively.
