  • Take full ownership of tax filing compliance , including preparing, reviewing, and filing all local, state, and federal tax returns.
  • Manage the entire process of tax documentation gathering, calculations, and filing, ensuring that all tax-related data is accurate and complete.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure tax implications are properly reflected in all accounting reports and transactions.
  • Handle corporate tax filings, including income tax, sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes, ensuring timely submissions to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the point of contact for any tax-related audits, preparing all required documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, adapting internal processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to implement tax-saving strategies while ensuring full compliance with tax laws.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7/10 years of experience in tax compliance and filings, with a strong understanding of corporate tax returns and tax regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax compliance processes, including the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tax-related tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
