Store Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that shelves, displays, and floors are tidy. Ensure that store safety procedures are followed at all times. Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and store policies. Provide detailed information to customers about product features, pricing, and availability. Team Collaboration Work closely with the store manager and team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent service. Assist in training new store personnel when necessary. Cash Handling Handle cash, credit, and other payment types accurately. Balance cash register and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Experience: No prior experience required, though retail experience is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
