Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Personnel to join our team in Iloilo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Personnel will work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer suitable products or services, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and offer suitable products or services.
  • Provide product information and assist with product selection.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store-wide sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in retail or a customer-facing role (experience in (industry type) is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills for sales transactions and inventory management.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or related field is a plus.
