Assistant Building Administrator Full‑time position in Pasay City, Metro Manila to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a residential building. What you’ll be doing Supervise and coordinate activities of property management staff (maintenance, electricians, security, administrative personnel) Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance or repair needs Respond promptly to homeowner/tenant inquiries, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner Oversee collection of dues and other fees, ensuring timely payments from tenants Prepare and maintain detailed property records, including tenant information and maintenance logs Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain overall quality and appearance Qualifications Preferred registration as a Civil Engineer or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or a related field Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with homeowners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing building codes or property management Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications Attentive to detail and committed to maintaining high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Property Management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
