Job Description

Functions:

  • Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project
  • Prepare a master schedule and in-charge of budget estimating for the project
  • Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
  • Overall, in charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project; manages project performance with regards to quality, schedule, innovation, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies
  • Maintain customer requirements and expectations
  • Organize his team of technical and administrative staff
  • Supervise General contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives
  • Provide solutions to on-site concerns and issues and make good decisions
  • Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost
  • Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site
  • Prepares and submits reports periodically and on time
  • Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently
  • Formulate and Implement site rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
  • With at least 4 years of experience in the related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
  • With solid experience in managing housing projects

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
