Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide variety of bank administration tasks for international accounts, including relationship management, opening/closing accounts, corporate card maintenance, signature updates, and banking portal administration.
  • Set up and maintain cash investment portals for offshore investments.
  • Support the Senior Manager of Treasury, APAC, in new business and program launches, collaborating across functions and with banking and credit card partners.
  • Assist with Treasury software, Kyriba, including report updates, variance resolution, and file transmissions between banks and Kyriba.
  • Coordinate with Tax, Legal, and Local Finance teams for intercompany settlements and cash repatriation.
  • Monitor working capital and support cash needs of the APAC teams, aligning with US Treasury partners.
  • Produce cash forecasts for 8+ regions across Asia and Europe.
  • Approve payments for multiple regions through TMS and ERP systems.
  • Complete FX conversions onshore as needed.
  • Lead discussions on corporate Treasury initiatives with regional finance teams.
