Qualifications TL AISA: College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil engineering Preferably has sales experience with construction materials Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships Enthusiastic and passionate Experience: Sales – 1 year (Preferred) Responsibilities Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials Able to take over and manage some accounts Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs Hit sales targets and craft detailed business plans to attain predetermined goals and quotas Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty Work Details Work Location: Boni Ave., cor San Joaquin St., Mandaluyong Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: 20,000 PHP plus 3,000 PHP Transportation allowance Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay Types: 13th month salary Experience Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Related openings Technical Sales Executive (Visayas and Mindanao) – Mandaluyong City postings exist in this role family.
