You'll be responsible for managing the preparation and review of tax returns and financial statements, mentoring junior staff, and enhancing internal processes. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships Review financial statements to ensure they meet Australian compliance standards Provide coaching and support to junior accountants Keep up-to-date with Australian tax laws and accounting standards, sharing key updates with the team Drive continuous improvement in workflow efficiency and service quality What We're Looking For At least 4+ years of experience in Australian public practice Solid understanding of Australian tax compliance and accounting principles Proficiency in Xero, HubDoc, HowNow Workpapers, Karbon High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent written and spoken English communication Self-motivated and a team player Are you a driven accounting professional who delivers high-quality work and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment?
