Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs. Lead and mentor the supply chain and procurement teams to achieve excellence. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supply chain management role. A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the retail industry. Solid understanding of inventory management and supplier negotiation techniques. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to procurement and supply chain operations.
