Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain and procurement teams to achieve excellence.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supply chain management role.
  • A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the retail industry.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and supplier negotiation techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Must be willing to work in Dagupan City
