Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business growth in the current and new revenue streams.**Major Responsibilities:****SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Pull drawings and prepare RFQ packages for Category Managers* Prepare and load spreadsheets for RFQ analysis by Category Mgrs.* Perform commodity/part price updates in the ERP system(s)* Perform data base maintenance and miscellaneous duties* Monitor and report supplier spend* Understands department initiatives and strategies.* Assists on project execution as needed under leadership of Category Mgrs.* Assists Category Mgrs. in commodity management activities, as needed* Supplier Communication and information collection as necessary* Prepare spend analytics and other reports as needed* Develop variance review process and track price monthly, identify uncaptured savings. Measure savings compliance across Direct Sourcing team.* Database maintenance and accuracy for Strategic Sourcing KPI dashboards, SharePoint sites and other data driven sources for metrics related to Sourcing activities.* Facilitate cadence meetings w/ Commodity Managers and Sourcing executives* And other Strategic Sourcing related activities driven by Sourcing Director.**Required Education / Experience / Skills:*** Education requirement: 4 year degree related to supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or manufacturing* Minimum 2 or more years of experience in purchasing and/or sourcing* Excellent communication skills* Basic analytical skills* Demonstrated ability to be a team player* Working knowledge of ERP and database level systems, as well as knowledgeable in the use of electronic collaboration tools* Advanced Word, Power Point and Excel* Ability to function well in a rapid paced, multi-task environment* Flexible and can work on tight schedule.#LI-Hybrid# **About Regal Rexnord**Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
