Job Summary Our client is a growing organization managing 6–10 major strategic projects (like new product launches, M&A integration, and D2C channel rollout). We are seeking a Program Coordinator to maintain the master portfolio plan , manage dependencies, and provide leadership with clear, accurate information to drive decision‑making. Job Description (Key Responsibilities) The Program Coordinator will focus on the big picture and governance across the entire portfolio: Maintain the Master Portfolio Plan: Track all projects in one consolidated view, including timelines and dependencies, and regularly update the portfolio dashboard. Identify Risks and Conflicts: Proactively spot resource bottlenecks or schedule clashes before they escalate into problems. Support Governance: Help establish a simple process for work prioritization and progress review. This includes scheduling and preparing materials for leadership reviews. Prepare Reports: Create clear, concise summaries for senior leadership, highlighting what's on track and what's at risk, along with the reasons. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in program or portfolio coordination . Strong organizational and reporting skills . Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint .
