The ideal candidate will have experience in the glass and aluminum construction/installation industry and a proven ability to oversee and manage projects efficiently. This role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Candidates with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and execution of glass and aluminum fabrication and installation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project sites to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with specifications. Prepare project reports, including progress updates, budgets, and timelines. Maintain accurate records of project documents, plans, and revisions. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to align on project requirements. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure the availability of necessary materials and manpower for project execution. Conduct inventory checks and manage procurement activities. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in the glass and aluminum or construction industry. Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in projects management. Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans. Proficiency in MS Office.
