As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will:
- Build the talent pipeline by partnering closely with the North American recruiting team to proactively source and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to create targeted projects.
- Conduct market research to strengthen sourcing strategies by analyzing global talent trends, competitor activity, and evolving skill sets in the market.
- Coordinate interviews and manage logistics across multiple regions and time zones to ensure an efficient and seamless candidate experience.
- Support recruiting projects and initiatives such as interview training, process documentation, and candidate experience improvements.
- Champion best practices to help ensure consistency and quality with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling coordination, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently when working with international colleagues and candidates
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy
- A team player with a collaborative spirit, positive energy, and eagerness to learn
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and scheduling tools (preferably Good Time)
- Curiosity and motivation to grow sourcing expertise, including competitive research, digital marketing trends, and the use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
