Experience in HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, and reporting. Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices to drive sales effectiveness. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership and sales teams. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines. Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes. Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion. Attentive to detail, ensuring all required documents are in place for successful contract finalization. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years in sales, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and revenue. Solid background in driving business development initiatives within the offshore staffing and outsourcing industry. Strong ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that address business challenges. Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing pricing strategies, and closing deals effectively. Expertise in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and generate accurate sales forecasts. Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with industry-specific trends, particularly in offshore staffing, outsourcing, or related fields. Strong background in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve efficiency. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
