As a Business Development Manager, You Are Responsible For
- Proven experience in Business Development or a similar role.
- Experience in HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices to drive sales effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership and sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
- Attentive to detail, ensuring all required documents are in place for successful contract finalization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years in sales, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Solid background in driving business development initiatives within the offshore staffing and outsourcing industry.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that address business challenges.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing pricing strategies, and closing deals effectively.
- Expertise in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with industry-specific trends, particularly in offshore staffing, outsourcing, or related fields.
- Strong background in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve efficiency.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
