Job Summary

Responsible for the management and resolution of past due loans as well as potential problem accounts referred by the Group, focusing on the development and implementation of remedial remedies and appropriate action plans with the objective of reducing the Bank’s Non-Performing Loans (NPL); Ensures recovery of loan exposure. Improves collateral/security position; and in specific instances, initiates and sustains legal actions.

Role Exposure
  • Enhance your skills in credit evaluation, negotiation, and presentation
  • Learn to assess/determine the viability or non-viability of a borrower
  • Coordinate with other units of the bank to ensure smooth and proper implementation and documentation of approved settlement schemes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years experience in handling loan account recovery
  • Must have good coordination and communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
