What the role will entail Conceptualize and execute champion-challenger programs across all credit cycles, supporting new engines of growth such as embedded financing, SME initiatives, bureau strategies, and portfolio segmentation. Provide business and risk frameworks (profitability models, risk appetite, benchmarking, and efficiency initiatives) including automation of reporting and processes. Conduct research on evolving credit strategies and contribute to portfolio management discussions to identify risks and opportunities. Review and endorse program proposals, policies, and procedures to assess compliance and risk implications prior to senior management approval. Ensure projects are well-defined, aligned with business objectives, documented, and appropriately reported, while effectively managing risks and escalation. Write system requirement specifications (e.g., use cases, data models, mock-ups) and collaborate with stakeholders for smooth execution of initiatives.
