Process Excellence Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Process Excellence Consultant to drive continuous improvement initiatives across business operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma principles , strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of implementing impactful process improvement and quality assurance projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address process gaps. Identify opportunities for optimization through data analysis and performance metrics review. Develop and monitor process documentation , standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance dashboards. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Present measurable results and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 7 years total work experience , with at least 3 years in process improvement and quality assurance . College graduate of any course. Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, CAPA, and Quality concepts in business operations. Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or demonstrated application of Six Sigma methodologies. Ability to clearly articulate process improvement projects handled , highlighting measurable outcomes and impact. Experience in Healthcare (US Benefits) processes is a plus , but not required. Background in Manufacturing or other industries with strong process improvement culture is acceptable. BPO experience is an advantage, especially with exposure to operational KPIs and performance metrics. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
