Overview

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The ICT Manager is responsible for implementing software applications, enterprise systems, and artificial intelligence (AI). This role will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in software development, cloud platforms, AI integration, and digital transformation, with less emphasis on hardware infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the development and deployment of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, custom platforms) to support business operations.
  • Oversees software lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Drives AI and automation initiatives, including the integration of machine learning models, chatbots, and intelligent process automation.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.
  • Manages relationships with software vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensures data integrity, security, and compliance across all software systems and platforms.
  • Monitors emerging technologies and trends in AI, cloud computing, and software development to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Leads and mentors a team of developers, analysts, and system administrators focused on application and AI projects.
  • Develops and manages the ICT applications and AI budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience in ICT management, with a strong focus on software and AI solutions.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML integration, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and enterprise software systems.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, APIs, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in AI, cloud technologies, or software project management are a plus.
