The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supervising the finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s financial health by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and government regulations, coordinating audits, and facilitating budgeting and forecasting activities. The Finance Supervisor also provides leadership and direction to junior finance staff.

- This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s financial health by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and government regulations, coordinating audits, and facilitating budgeting and forecasting activities.
- The Finance Supervisor also provides leadership and direction to junior finance staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Experience with month-end close, general ledger, and financial statement preparation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
