Overview SBS Implementation - West Implementation Specialist I ADP Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities IS's main responsibility is to review the setup and information loaded by the analysts onto the RUN platform to ensure accuracy. This should be done effectively and efficiently. IS's role to oversee the setup of the code done by the analyst. If there are questions or clarifications raised by the analyst during the setup stage, it is the IS's responsibility to reach out to the firm. An Implementation Specialist is expected to have excellent knowledge on how to setup Wholesale clients to the RUN payroll system and consistently demonstrated accuracy. IS's critical role involves providing constructive feedback to analysts, RCs, Sales, and even firms, a task that is very demanding since it includes resetting of expectations and educating the responsible party.
