What You Can Expect as a Production Planning Specialist, Procurement, Intercompany Business Executive

Reporting to: Operation Manager – PH

Role Purpose

The PPS, Procurement, and IC Business Executive ensures efficient production planning (capacity, stocks), accurate master data management, and a JIT supply of raw materials and intermediates to production areas. They also ensure compliance with DIO targets and proper processing of intercompany business.

  • Plan production for all customer orders, aligning closely with BU sales teams and prioritizing in case of order overload.
  • Ensure raw material availability and proper storage of all feedstock.
  • Create process orders with appropriate lot sizes.
  • Monitor semi-finished products and slow-moving items.
  • Optimize overproduction and reclamation processes.
  • Improve efficiency and capacity of equipment and utilities, and enhance operational procedures.
  • Facilitate smooth intercompany order processing and strengthen internal customer relationships.
  • Support relevant project implementations.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly closing activities.
  • Develop and provide regular reports, KPIs, and inventory updates.
  • Participate in and support audits.
  • Assist in processing reclamations.
  • Manage DIO.
  • Lead S&OP meetings.
  • Keep master data and system data up to date.
  • Improve and maintain IFOT & SL metrics.
  • Support stock take activities.

What You Bring as a Production Planning Specialist, Procurement, Intercompany Business Executive

  • Related university degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in a relevant field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Key relationships include SCM, sales departments, and technical teams.
