Overview

Enshored is seeking a Data Analyst to support the CEO, CFO, and other executives with preparation and analysis of combined financial and operational performance data for Enshored and its related entities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial analytics processes and reports
  • Prepare or assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and other period-based financial reporting, such as variances to budget and forecast, and coordinate timely distribution to appropriate stakeholders
  • Prepare and track key performance indicators, other metrics, and business or operational trend data to support dashboards and other management reporting
  • Support annual projects on profit margin by client, salary reviews, and other projects
  • Other general financial activities such as maker/authorizer on regular banking transactions
Qualifications
  • You have strong Excel and GSuite skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite applications is a plus
  • You have a working knowledge of key financial, accounting, and business metrics
  • Attention to detail in visual, verbal, and written communication to communicate data and analytics effectively with leadership
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment, including sharing information and assisting others with close and reporting duties to meet monthly deadlines
  • Understanding of the communication challenges of working in a multi-cultural, international 24x7 environment—you need to be flexible to work with colleagues in different time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other analytical discipline is preferred
  • 1-3 years work experience in a similar role is preferred
