Job Description

What is the job?

  • Prompt and accurate sales order creation (voice/electronic) in accordance to policies and system procedures to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Log and resolve complaints, define SLAs with Logistics, Operations, Commercial, Technical, and Procurement to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain proper customer management per defined Call Flow parameters to achieve customer satisfaction and positive relationships.
  • Coordinate inquiries and tasks within defined service levels to exceed expectations.
  • Inform and regularly update clients on the company’s customer contact tools to facilitate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • 0-5 years experience in customer service, order processing or back office
  • Above average written and verbal English and Filipino
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
