Job Description: The role will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to customers requesting full/partial withdrawals, attending to queries during outbound calls, providing alternative solutions to avoid policy surrender, assisting policy owners with after-sales requests if necessary, and informing clients on TAT, processes, compliance documents, and pending requirements.
