Learn more at and on and .***Primary Function:**** The Associate Designer will act as new product logistics or EVB Coordinator for evaluation boards. He/she will work closely with Applications Engineer, PCB Designer, and BU marketing for the development, build requirements, and release to manufacturing of evaluation boards. He/she will closely monitor/cater the evaluation board build order, release of HLM documentation, and complete PLE workflow.***Educational Background:**** *Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering or Electronics Engineering****Experience****:** *Fresh Graduate or 0-2 work experience****Knowledge, skill and abilities****:** *Project management, knowledgeable in PCB manufacturing and PCB CAD files, team player, and can be able to work on tight schedule and timeline.****Major Duties & Responsibilities:**** Acts as new product logistics for evaluation boards (or EVB Coordinator)* Capture new Eval Boards requirement from PLE, PRIME, NHR & NHO* Works closely with Layout and Applications and Marketing on new products set up, naming convention, process flow.* Works with layout and applications engineers to release boards in HLM* Order free issue ADI parts for demo/proto builds.* Coordinates with Purchasing on cost for prototype and production builds.* Works with Component Engineering on creating part numbers on new components.* Work with manufactures to license components. (Free or discounted) Order, store, issues as required.* Work with Manufacturing Engineer & Contract Manufacturer on all assembly and component issues.* Raises RFQ, Captures EQ, create e-Reqs, receive PO’s, move products to in transit, and complete all system work.* Handle all vendor expedites. Answer all ADI expedites.* Work with Test Engineers on programming, test requirements and equipment.* Oversee ECN/rework from the engineer.* Plan last prototype, first production build for release to WWMFG.* Prepares and performs transaction in HLM and PRIME in support of the eval board release* Release the board to manufacturing*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
