Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Pharmacist to join our team in Iloilo. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately, in compliance with medical orders.
  • Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, possible side effects, and drug interactions.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring sufficient stock of medications and other pharmacy supplies.
  • Monitor medication therapy for safety and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history.
  • Advise on over-the-counter medications and health-related products.
  • Work with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with local laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and compounding of specialized medications when required.
  • Provide immunizations and other health services as needed.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and therapeutic use.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with pharmaceutical software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
