Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist & Recruitment Team Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee hiring operations. This role blends hands‑on candidate sourcing with leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and can effectively balance recruitment execution with team management. Key Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Supervise and mentor a small team of recruiters or assistants to achieve hiring targets. Maintain close communication with clients, providing regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines. Assist in administrative functions including scheduling, database updates, and candidate follow-ups. Collaborate with management to refine recruitment strategies and improve operational efficiency. Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key performance indicators. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or client management (required). Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with online recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and project management platforms.
