Job Title Sr Network Engineer/ Architect Location Alabang, Muntinlupa (Hybrid after 4 months of RTO) Mode of Hiring Full-time Contract Job Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform new and current design assessment with the customer and business requirements into a network solution Design standard sets of LAN and WAN Models with High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) Installation of the equipments with setup in coordination with the operator(s) and local teams Participate to all the required tests such as failover, validate internet breakout, functionality of existing network devices such as firewall and optimization tools Lead Network Fault and Incident Management as needed for Escalations of critical network outages and complex network issues Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of this network Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures and SOPs Handover to support team Technical abilities Core Experience & Certifications Minimum 8 years of progressive, hands-on experience in enterprise and service provider network environments, focusing on: Routing & Switching Security Architecture System Integration Proven background in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or Service Provider operations, with deep troubleshooting and escalation handling. Industry Certifications Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) – mandatory. Additional certifications in Palo Alto, F5, or SDWAN technologies are highly desirable. Behavior abilities 8 years of experience in network IT Self motivated, eager to learn new technologies Team player, must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory Ability to analyze and synthesize situations Ability to Understand the business constraints Evaluate the local risks Open for on-site and travel overseas #J-18808-Ljbffr
