As a Change Management Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and expectations.
  • Defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs.
  • Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
  • Assisting clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses.
  • Co-creating solutions, conducting user review sessions, and running stakeholder agreement meetings.
  • Conducting Change Management Impact Analyses and developing treatment plans.
  • Implementing strategies that prepare organizations to adopt new business processes.
  • Supporting other change adoption activities such as change baselining & measurement, digital training, communications, and change networks.
  • Driving digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, and change adoption with clients.
  • Collaborating across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language.
  • Engaging with top industry professionals to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Contributing to practice-building efforts, including recruiting, training, and attending community events.

Qualifications & Experience

Analyst / Consultant (2–5 years’ experience):

  • 2–5 years of consulting experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support, business readiness).
  • Techno-functional experience in successful delivery of Cloud Platforms/Systems implementation.
  • Strong ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, working with analytic models, and digital tools (e.g., Cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a multicultural/global environment.
  • Experience in Digital Transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations.

Manager / Senior Manager (8+ years’ experience):

  • 8+ years of consulting experience in driving change management-related programs (strategy development, change adoption, org design, digital communications, training, and readiness).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end change programs for technology-driven change, behavior/culture change, or automation/cybersecurity contexts.
  • Techno-functional experience in delivery of cloud-based systems (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, SAP S/4HANA, SFDC).
  • Ability to articulate business value of recommendations/plans/strategies.
  • Expertise in data interpretation, working with analytic models, and advanced digital tools (Cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning).
  • Strong stakeholder management in global, multicultural environments.
  • Experience in Digital Transformations, RPA, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations (bonus).
  • Willingness to relocate cross-country.
