Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth within assigned accounts. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, handling their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver products/services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and drive growth within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues to maintain strong partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer service; experience in managing B2B or B2C client accounts depending on company focus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation; strong problem-solving and conflict resolution; ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment; customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach; proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
