About the Role We’re looking for an experienced SEO and Paid Advertising Specialist with a deep understanding of how search, data, and creative work together to drive performance. You’ll manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns from strategy and execution through to optimisation and reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. You’ll also lead technical and on-page SEO initiatives and leverage emerging tools such as Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance campaign efficiency and content performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO and paid media strategies aligned with client goals. Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads , including budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, and optimisation. Conduct keyword research, site audits, and technical SEO reviews to drive organic growth. Analyse and report on campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools . Use GenAI and LLM-powered tools to enhance ad creative, content optimisation, and data insights. Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, conversion tracking, and CRO initiatives. Stay on top of search engine and ad platform updates, trends, and best practices. Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising. Proven success managing multi-channel advertising campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking frameworks . Demonstrated ability to analyse data, draw insights, and optimise for performance. Knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and their marketing applications. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience working with B2B brands or complex sales cycles is highly regarded but not essential.
