Your Role Collaborate with seniors, managers, and partners on a variety of tax returns. Prepare individual, trust, and business returns (for-profit and nonprofit). Gain exposure to returns of varying sizes and complexities. Conduct tax research and prepare supporting documentation for tax positions. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in tax preparation or related tax work. Degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills. Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
