Job Title: E-Learning Specialist
Location: Onsite (SM North EDSA)
Schedule: US Hours
JOB SUMMARY:
The E-Learning Specialist supports the design, development, and implementation of digital learning content across the organization. This role focuses on creating interactive eLearning modules, multimedia assets, and maintaining content within learning platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to producing high-quality instructional materials that support employee development.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop eLearning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise).
- Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets to support instructional content.
- Edit and produce video content including screen recordings, voiceovers, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into engaging digital content.
- Maintain and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure consistency, functionality, and accessibility of learning materials.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing learner feedback and performance data.
- Organize and manage digital assets, templates, and documentation for instructional use.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in eLearning development or multimedia production.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Parta.io).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer).
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility guidelines (e.g., ADA, UDL).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
