We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Cebu team. You’ll work with both backend and frontend technologies, taking ownership of features from design to deployment.

You’ll collaborate with our international development and product teams to build high-quality applications that solve real business problems. This role is hybrid, with most work done remotely, but occasional onsite meetings may be required.

What You’ll Do

  1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java Spring Boot for the backend
  2. Build user-friendly frontends with React or Vue.js
  3. Work closely with product owners and QA teams to deliver features on time
  4. Optimize performance, improve code quality, and handle bug fixes
  5. Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
  6. Collaborate on API design and integration
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes
