Title: Area Manager (North Luzon)The Area Manager for North Luzon will be leading store operations for his/her assigned area. Directs the development of area-specific plans for sales and profit growth and achievement of quality and people targets of existing restaurants in alignment with district strategies. And oversees consistent interpretation, implementation, and achievement of the plans. Acts as a consultant to GMs/Franchise Partners to maximize sales and profits, and guide people, FSC, operations standards, and brand equity standards.Oversees the implementation of marketing (Brand campaigns and Trade promotion) & channel initiatives at the area level. Audits restaurants to check on compliance with cost-control standards, and guides the RMs in formulating their action plans for identified deviations. Co-manages FCPC and daily targets with Group Manager/Franchise Partners as anchored in the Restaurant Operating System (ROS) requirements for Inventory and Manpower Management. Creates the direct reports development plan based on competency assessment and individual performance; implements/monitors the achievement of developmental objectives or milestones. Facilitates the monthly review and analysis of the business performance of store/group of stores together with GM to drive operational excellence and maximize sales. Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related course. At least 6 years of store operations management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). Must have experience in handling franchise operations. Candidate must be flexible to travel and do fieldwork in the provinces of North Luzon.
