As the Junior IT Portfolio Manager, you will take on a key responsibility on data accuracy, reporting, and process reliability , helping us manage software tools more efficiently. You'll work with advanced Google Sheets to track active vs. inactive users, validate data, and support SaaS lifecycle management, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.
