Admin & Social Media Specialist | Home-based

Duties include but are not limited to: Administrative Support Act as the point of contact among executives, clients, and other internal and external partners Manage managers and leaders’ calendars and set up meetings Make invoices, travel itineraries, and accommodation arrangements Monitor daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports Manage/oversee company events Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Organize and maintain the office filing system Follow up clients and team members Manage day-to-day office tasks and correspondence Handle scheduling, email management, and document organization Assist with invoicing, reporting, and data entry Support internal communications and team coordination Social Media Management Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Monitor trends and audience engagement to optimize growth Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with the team on campaigns and creative strategies Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent At least 5 years combined experience as an Administrative & Social Media Assistant or similar role At least 5 years experience with calendar management, travel and itinerary management, business correspondence, meeting support, project management, and relationship management Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) A creative eye for content and attention to detail Outstanding organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to handle business files with confidentiality and discretion Excellent verbal and written English communications skills Discretion and confidentiality System requirements: Computer Processor: At least i5, 8th generation for both primary and backup computers Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and backup computers Computer OS: Windows 11 Extra Monitor Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for backup connection) #J-18808-Ljbffr
